Aluminium 1070 Channels are manufactured from Aluminium Alloy 1070, a high-purity aluminum alloy containing approximately 99.7% aluminum. This alloy is widely recognized for its exceptional corrosion resistance, excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, and very high ductility. Due to its superior formability, Aluminium 1070 is ideal for applications that require complex bending, shaping, and forming without cracking or loss of structural integrity. These channels are especially suitable for environments where lightweight construction, enhanced corrosion resistance, and reliable long-term performance are essential. Aluminium 1070 channels offer excellent workability and can be easily cut, drilled, machined, welded, and formed to meet a wide range of fabrication requirements. Although the mechanical strength of Alloy 1070 is lower than that of heat-treatable structural alloys, its outstanding resistance to atmospheric and chemical corrosion makes it highly suitable for demanding industrial and marine environments. These channels are commonly supplied in O, H14, and H24 tempers, ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finish, and dependable performance for precision-engineered components. Applications of Aluminium 1070 channels include architectural and decorative frameworks, chemical and food processing equipment, electrical and electronic components, heat-exchange systems, roofing and cladding, transportation components, and lightweight industrial structures. Their high purity, excellent conductivity, and ease of fabrication make them ideal for applications requiring long service life under non-structural or moderate-load conditions. We supply Aluminium 1070 channels in custom sizes, lengths, thicknesses, tempers, and surface finishes as per client specifications, ensuring precise dimensional tolerances, consistent quality, and full compliance with international standards for industrial, architectural, and commercial channel applications.
