Aluminium 3105 Channels are manufactured from Aluminium Alloy 3105, a non-heat-treatable aluminium–manganese alloy known for its good corrosion resistance, moderate strength, and excellent formability. With the addition of manganese, Alloy 3105 offers higher strength than commercially pure aluminium grades while maintaining good ductility and workability. These channels are particularly suited for applications where durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of fabrication are essential. Aluminium 3105 channels offer very good workability and can be easily cut, drilled, bent, roll-formed, and fabricated using standard manufacturing processes. While its mechanical strength is lower than that of heat-treatable aluminium alloys, it provides excellent resistance to atmospheric and environmental corrosion, making it suitable for outdoor and architectural applications. Alloy 3105 channels are commonly supplied in H14, H16, H18, and H24 tempers, ensuring consistent mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and smooth surface finish. Applications of Aluminium 3105 channels include architectural frameworks, roofing and cladding systems, curtain walls, building facades, signage, transportation components, HVAC systems, and lightweight industrial structures. Their good corrosion resistance, moderate strength, and ease of fabrication make them ideal for applications requiring long service life under non-structural or moderate-load conditions. We supply Aluminium 3105 channels in custom sizes, lengths, thicknesses, tempers, and surface finishes as per client specifications, ensuring precise dimensional tolerances, consistent quality, and full compliance with international standards for architectural, industrial, and commercial channel applications.
